The Court of Common Pleas receives motions and petitions in Civil, Criminal and Orphans Court matters which are scheduled to come before the judges as trials, hearings, or arguments.
This department also encompasses the departments of Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, Court Hearing Office, and Domestic Relations.
